Whenever on-site differential pressure indication and simultaneous signal transmission to a central control room is needed, the DPGT43HP intelliGAUGE (patent: e.g. DE 202007019025) is the ideal solution. Built upon a high-quality, stainless steel model 732.14 pressure gauge with a nominal size of 100 or 160, this instrument is manufactured according to EN 837-3 standards. Its robust design and high-quality stainless steel materials make it suitable for liquid and gaseous media, even in harsh environments. The all-metal construction and close-fitting measuring element ensure high overload safety. A robust diaphragm measuring system drives a pointer rotation proportional to the pressure, while an electronic angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the pointer shaft's position without wear or friction. This generates an electrical output signal of 4 ... 20 mA, proportional to the pressure. The integrated electronic WIKA sensor combines the benefits of electrical signal transmission with on-site mechanical indication, which remains readable during power failures. A QR code on the dial provides easy, long-term access to instrument-specific information such as the serial number, order number, certificates, and other product data.
